From yesterday i have too much stomach pain continuously, with that watery stools. .....i drunk water morning It came out via vomiting.... and no appetite also. I am feeling weakness. I am not able to do any work at home. Tell me what i have to do urgently...? I am suffering with this since yesterday..

your having a stomach infection. you need ors and minimum 3-4 litres of water daily. have semi solid diet, if u dont improve u might need antibiotics

You need to rehydrate yourself with ORS by taking sips and have a liquid diet of soups and juices as you won't be able to digest solid food. If the problem persist visit the ER/casualty so that you can be given a few injections to control the symptoms and based on your level of dehydration you may require an IV drip.
