Heavy prolonged painful oeriods

I'm having heavy bleeding and severe abbomen pain on 5th day of my period. I had bleeding for 15 days during my previous period.This cycle I got 4 days before durle date. Pls guide me.

Hi , this kind of menstrual irregularities could be a symptom of other diseases . Most common are Thyroid abnormalities or and uterine abnormalities . Thyroid can be evaluated by blood examination and an Ultrasound can help you in finding other pathologies .medicines are available for controlling excessive bleeding
