Good morning... If u think the pain is very heavy , first drink more water and take Tab . Dolo 650 mg and see. And if u have constipation or urine infection then also u ll have pain in lower abdomen. Even if have symptoms like severe vomiting u might have pain .. and will cause acidity too. so see if u have these symptoms.and u think u have none of these symptoms better see a doctor nearby . As there are chances of early miscarriage too as u said the pain is severe.
