Heavy periods post vaccine

Hello , I had suction and evacuation procedure on 4th Sept. And second dose of covisheild vaccine on 28th Sept. 2nd Oct I got periods. 1st day was normal. But after that having heavy periods and cramps.(6-7hrs /maxi napkin) What could be the reason. ?

Vaccine is not the reason . Due to vaccination fever comes and body ache happen. It's just a physiological effects Don't worry
