Heavy bleeding on my menstrual cycle I have done used 4 heavy size pads in 2 hours . My cramps are horrible they are to the point I can’t move . What should I do? Should I go to the er? What are my options?

Go to the doctor. Start medicines to reduce the pain and flow. No need to suffer. Then do Scan and blood tests to make sure.
