Heavy hairfall issue & over weight gain

I'm suffering from heavy hairloss from 2 months. I have undergone dengue fever treatment 4 months ago. Recently did blood test and found haemoglobin count is less it's just 10. Please help me out to solve this problem thanks and regards

Are you over weight. Have you gone for blood test regarding your thyroid status and ultrasonography to rule PCOD. Better do these tests and take multivitamins of a good brand.
