Hi doctor i am 38 yr old women bleeding heavy even after taking Pause mf, because of this not able to go to job.How can i manage.

There can be many causes of heavy bleeding like pregnancy fibroid polyp ovarian cyst hormonal imbalance thyroid disorders medications extra. you need to consult a gynecologist near you for clinical examination and further management
