Heaviness in lower abdomen

As soon as i come back after passing stools,i feel some sort of heaviness in lower abdomen and sometimes back and then after 10-15 mins I start passing gas..Why does it happen?while passing stool(stools are soft),i feel heavy in rectum,but it does not come out...kindly help me..

Various causes come into suspicion like colitis IBS Infections etc. Depends on other Associated histories. Discuss in details about your problem.
