I keep on getting heaviness of head & feels as if left front facial side is heavy. I feel pain in left eye at times. This phenomenon is more in the morning. Got eyes checked & there was no issue.

Heaviness of the head with pain in the eye can be due to acute sinusitis. If you don't have any symptoms related to nose then chances are you are suffering from migraine. It can present in similar way. Usually you will get intermittent attacks lasting for few hours to day. If symptoms occur occasionally then you can take simple pain killer like dolo650 or ibuprofen
