My two year old son has got a rash what is warm and doesn't go when I run glass over it, he hasn't been himself for past 3days as well, been in and out of hospital. This isn't eczema or dry skin as it's not rough

Is the child having any fever? Start applying t- bact cream on the rash and if there is fever then need to start oral antibiotics
