Hello For few days I am having rashes in my body mostly in the sections which are usually covered by clothes. It's just flat red colour dots. No fluid is inside. It's very itchy I think its growing day by day. I tried different ointments and soaps but it's not of any use. I want to know the reason of  the rashes and howo reduce the rashes.
