Hi, I'm facing swollen upper lip area dry feeling and it happenes to me in these months July aug due to extreme heat please suggest some medicine I've been given desloratadine tablets for it last year and a vit c cream and sunscreen, this was my previous prescription please suggest some effective tips and medications
