Hi Sir/Madam,. I have a heat Bump on my left buttocks and this is the 6th day and size of it is getting increasing with the too much pain and fever. can you please suggest treatment(tabs & Cream) of it and also foods which should avoid . Also can I use use the normal soap to clean it or any specific soap for the treatment. Thanks.
