Fetus that may not grow as a healthy baby is naturally aborted..chromosomal abnormalities in fetus and maternal infection may also be causes but it need further investigation before coming to any conclusions

Usually 30%of cases when foetus is having abnormalities or genetic defects they get aborted by themselves or have no heart beats after few weeks if seen in ultrasound and then it is suggested by gynae doctor for inducing abortion as if some times if get aborted by them self it usually not healthy for mothers may have heavy bleeding
