I happened to check the heartbeat recently and I am having 106 almost consistent.. sometime i used to have chest pain , I am over weight

Different peopel can have differs heart rate set But obviously this is still on the higher side First rule out any infections or other causes of fast rate like high thyroid levels Same time c a cardiologist just for routine check
