My heart stops for few seconds and starts beating very fast. Years back it happened few times. But for the past few months it kept happening. My heart used to stop beating for few minutes and starts pounding. It lasts for minutes. Even today for a second I couldn't breathe and my heart skip beats for a few seconds. What is the reason. My ecg was normal, echocardiogram results were normal. Blood test came normal. I also have High blood pressure so I'm on medication as well. (Temikind 40 mg) Doctors say I'm stressed but I'm not. It happens when I'm just lying down or doing work. My breathing stops completely for 1-2 seconds too. It happens maybe twice or thrice a week.
