Heart rate issue
Thanx in advance dear Doctors.
I am 32 years old, height 6feet, weight around 108kg. Today i found this in my samsung galaxy watch 4. First u walked nearly 7000steps in 1 hr avg pulse 141 & max pulse 167. After that immediately i jog around a minute shows pulse of avg 167 and maximum 189. It is normal or not?

Sir,its not normal . But to know what is the abnormality i need to have proper detailed history as to what all diseases you had in the past , since you are obese , it needs early attention . Sometimes electrical machines error might be there . But once you consult with us then you can get proper picture of any abnormality if any and we can suggest you tests and medicines according to it .
