Hello doctor. I'm 21 year old female. I often feels lightheaded when I stand up. It goes away after a few seconds. I'm always very tired and fatigued. My heart rate increases when I walk to another room. I'm short of breath after climbing a few stairs. What is wrong with me doctor?

Get your CBC done if Hemoglobin is less then it can give you such symptoms. Also you mentioned that getting up from sitting position gives you light headedness then BP could be an issue and needs monitoring. Walking  from one room to other gives u breathless so could be related to any recent or any heart problem by birth - need to rule out congenital heart disease
Next Steps
Get CBC, BP monitoring, 2 D Echo or Echocardiography of heart and Thyroid Function Test.
Health Tips
Have your Meals on time, drink enough water and monitor BP and never be alone in the house.
