Heart Rate/Chest problems

I currently feel as if my chest is quite wheezy and my heart rate is fast. I do have asthma, but I think I may also have something else. Also sometimes I feel tightness around my chest area/Upper stomach.

Such symptoms are known to happen to people with Asthma, when it’s precipitated. It is less likely to be something else if you have been appropriately diagnosed with Asthma
