Any health tips or lifestyle changes for reducing resting heart rate. My resting heart rate is usually within 85 to 95. Is there a way to reduce it?

1) Exercise. Running and cardio exercises increase vagus nerve tone (vagal tone) in body which reduces heart rate. 2) Drink 3-4 liters water per day. 3) reduce weight if obese.
