Is HDL less than 15 and vitamin D deficiency causes heart muscle disease? I feel slight pain in my heart and across the left shoulder also. BP and ECG is normal. LDL and Triglyceride are normal.

Low Vitamin D can cause this. HDL of 15 is also poor. Try some dietary changes
