Hello guys, I am experiencing weird continuous palpitations and dull pain in left side of chest, left hand armpit & shoulder from past 15 days. My usual bp is around 100/70. I got done with ECG and echo 10 days back. Both were normal. Doctor suggested me ciplar and zapiz. I was about to faint after taking ciplar since my BP is already low. These days I am experiencing much frequent pain in left arm & shoulder. And I can feel palpitations in my whole body which makes me more worried. I am not preferring to go for face to face consultation again in this pandemic scenario. Kindly advise and help me here with some medicine which can help me in reducing palpitations & pain without dropping down my blood pressure. Thanks!

The ecg film need to be reviewed?? Echo report will be required for treatment?? By palpitations you mean fast heart beat or intermittent feeling of forceful contraction?? Do you work?? Any kind of stress in job front or life that is troubling?? Do you feel more hot or cold?? Any history of hair fall?? Any recent weight gain or loss??
