The first step is to rule out any rhythm disturbance. As your TMT (and probably ECHO) are normal, you don’t have any conventional cardiac problem. But rhythm disturbances should be looked for. This is done by Holter monitoring for 24hrs or 48hrs. If there are no rhythm disturbances, your symptoms should be purely psychological.
Beta blockers like Ciplar have several side effects including nightmares, sleep disturbances, and erectile dysfunction. Careful monitoring of the side effects should be done.

Regular exercise and meditation go a long way in reducing depression. Please follow lifestyle changes and try to reduce the doses of medication. Dose reduction should always be done with the supervision of your psychiatrist.
