Can i take arjun chaal for fast heart beat 84bpm, I'm 19 year old got checked for 2d echo, ecg in Feb 2023 reports were normal but now in July 2024 feeling the same anxiety of heart again no breathing issue. Please help.

Hi. First your heart rate is normal at 84 bpm. You are young and your heart was normal as checked before. If you feel palpitations, meet your nearby physician/Cardiologist. I would suggest you not to take Arjun chaal powder.
