Hello, as per you age & complaints you are more likely to have acid-peptic disease or simply hyperacidity. Dietary modifications as follows will help you- 1}Eat less spicy food.
2}Eat food at intervals of 2-4 hours rather than 3 heavy meals.
3}Do not lie down/sleep for atleast 1 hour after any meal.
If you do not have previous heart disease then nothing to worry. If not investigated before or if your complaints are persistent then get an ECG done & reviewed by a cardiologist.
