  4. Heart Issue. Or operation can be done?

What is the solution or treatment for a heart which has a hole in it? Is there any way possible it can be dealt with or any suitable check ups or operation can be done? My friend has continuous pain in chest and is liye of taking medicines and injections there is no relief. All reports are mostly normal still the problem has no solution. Please help.
