Sir, I hv been diagnosed with lv diastolic dysfunction grade1 in echo with other parameters being all normal. This was done 3 months post mild covid recovery. Ecg was also normal. Previous echos were all normal.My diastolic BP is always high 90-100 while systolic is mostly normal 110-130. Also tinnitus goin on for past 10 months. Is lvdd life threatening? Does it always progress to higher grades? Pliz help

Grade 1 LVDD is not life threatening and is reversible if we treat the primary cause. It can be due to obesity also. Please consult cardiologist for detailed evaluation.
