Sir , i have a Doubt in 2 or 3 years ago , I have a Problem , I have feel a pressure type Down in Chest and Starred palpitations but after that I dont Have That type symptoms but in sometimes when i anxious i feel my heart pounding but Not In race mode type and Doc From 3 to 4 months my hand sweating not too much but Yes sweating
