I am 31 ur old men, but I don't why I am always scared of having heart attack. Even if I will have slight pain in my chest l. Please let me know what to do...

Hello, Looks like anxiety disorder.  Get ECG ECHO TMT done to document normal heart health. If all these tests are normal then consult a psychiatrist. Take care.  Stay safe.  Have a great day

Check your heart with a cardiologist. If it's normal aboud anxiety. You can discuss with psychiatrist if cardiac evaluation is normal.
