Heart burn

I have this heart burn for around a week. It occurs intermittently. I feel hungry and if I eat I feel improper digestion. I feel bloated as well. Yesterday I felt like vomiting as well even though I didn't. I took gelusile a couple of times. Didn't take any tablet as of now. Please can you suggest on this.
