Start arjun arisht ( three table spoon of arjun arisht mix with 3 table of water and take it three times in a day) after breakfast, dinner and lunch ( available at patanjali medical store) :- eat two kali of lehsun empty stomach. :-if she is taking any kind of allopathy medicine.then do not stop any kind of allopathy medicine. :- give her leukiwaram water to drink :- use rock salt in her food :- avoid excess salt. :- do not give her any kind of fried and spicy food . Eat simple stay healthy. Second option is stanting  if any kind of emergency then go for stanting or any cardio surgeon suggest you. If she do not feel any kind of pain etc then continue ayurvedic medicine for 6 month and repeat all test.
