Heart beats faster during evening

Hi, 30 year male, after this covid19 situation i started fearing about life and family, my heart beats faster during that time. From past 1 week if I don't think about it but still it happens but during evening and night times. Is it something i need to worry about? Any activity or medication required to normalise?

Hello, These symptoms are anxiety related. Do regular exercise yoga meditation and constructive activity

It is stress and anxiety related...do some meditation and pranayama.. exercise... relaxation music.. it will help. Have a positive attitude.
