My heart is beating rapildly from last night.i took some tension last evening from that time only it's start..this is first time it's happening with me and i am feeeling scared..is this is symptoms for any big problem ? please suggest your valuable advice.. Thanks in advanced..

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Tension increases the heart rate a little its normal. But since you are scared, the heart rate increases further. Nothing to worry. Just relax.
