I feel one abnormal heart beat every 10~15 mins. It seems to be extra strong. I checked my heart beat rate is 77~80 BPM. I am diabetic from past 2 yrs. What could be the reason?

Hey, Premature beats due to increased stress on heart ,in uncontrolled diabetes changes in blood vessel nature impedes blood flow through vessel which in turn increases work load on heart .
