Hi doctor 3 days back i was driving and suddenly my heart rate increased that i was unable to move my legs and hands and due to AC hands was cold, any how i managed it happend twice for an hour i drank water and felt a acidity in my food pipe, after that its been 3 days i am feeling spinning and diziness and weakness and discomfort in breathing, today i had sore throat and difficulty in breathing and diziness. What this problem is? I smoke 20 slim no tar cigarettes per day and drink on regular basis for last 1.5 yrs. my age is 25 right now , what this discomft is for last 3-4 days?
