  4. Heart attack. It serious and what to do?

I am 16 years old female. Pcod patient. Weight 67 kg ( have lost 15 kgs). Today after waking up I have been feeling burning sensation in left side of breast near the nipple area which comes and goes. I am scared like what is it and is it something serious like heart attack. Please tell me is it serious and what to do??
