Before fifteen days I am suffering nose blowing and cough problems I take cough syrup advice by physician now cough problem and nose blowing problem is ok.but I feel some smell in my nose and little headache in one side of head and the main problem is my left ear not hear like before cough and nose blowing problem.i feel some cough inside the ear

Need to rule out rhinosinusitis..also rule out otitis media of effusion in the left ear.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
