My son is 13 MONTHS OLD,suddenly we observe that he is not responding to our call earlier he used to...he had a bera test yesterday saying no nerve problem....says conductive loss...he had a problem ofnasal block since birth...sir advice

He may be having otitis media with effusion where in fluid gets collected behind the ear drum causing some hearing loss. Usually this condition occurs secondary to nose problems. You may need to get a tympanogram to confirm the diagnosis. Usually treatment is by using decongestant medicines for few days
