Hearing loss in right ear
For a while now I've had some hearing loss in my right ear. I thought it was an ear wax problem, but my doctor said it was fine. I thought it was a sinus problem, but no medication was working. I went to an ENT and he told me to try a sinus rinse for a month and that didn't work. I did a hearing test, and the results came out normal. The ENT said he didn't know what else he could do and now here I am.
Audiometry is a subjective test, if. It is normal, it represents the lowest decibel you have heard, normal range is 0-20 dB.
Please get a tympanometry to know middle ear pressure, if it is negative you can feel a bit dampened, subsequently you can get a CT of your sinuses done if the curve is s/o negative pressure
If everything is normal you will have to give it time, in most instances these settle down
