I have a cold and flu a last week but no fever amd it recovered. This week the same thing came back and it's worse because more fluid is in my nose one of it is blocked. Now I can't hear properly in one of my ear and I tried to exhale pinching nose or yawn to release the pressure but it is not working. Could it be that it is permanently damage because I have tried sneezing, maybe I sneeze too hard and it damage the ear ?
