Since 10 days I am feeling that I am able to hear less from my left ear. However I am having seviour cold as well. But my concern is because in child hood I had hole in ear drum of that particular ear which was treated with medicines. Sometime I feel I am hearing so low from that ear some time it's little better but not exactly normal hearing is there. When I am doing exercise ear become normal for a while then again it's getting abnormal. So should I ignore this is due to cold or something else ?

Infections in the ear in childhood may have persisted over all these years. Sometimes without much suffering. So better get examined by an ENT surgeon for thorough evaluation & treatment
