Hearing issue in left ear

Since past few months im facing hearing issues in left year. If i hear a loud voice my eardrums vibrate sometimes. I can feel that my ears from inside have become weak probably because of huge amount of wax/dirt accumulated inside the ear. What remedies can i do at home for relief?

If you had previous history of wax in ear/wax removal , then its important to get your ears checked every 6month. Wax doesnt make your ear week. If you cant hear properly it may be because wax is blockin your ear. Kindly see an ENT
