Looks like he is pale. Anemia may be due to many reasons detailed history, physical examination and blood tests are required to know the cause. His BP is normal.
Next Steps
Blood tests to be done 1) CBC WITH PERIPHERAL SMEAR And other tests will be required after understanding the patients history.
