Based on my opinion and experience
To lose weight- rather than healthy diet and workout first you have to be mentally fixed to that...Thn only you can achieve your goal...
Coming to diet:
- Say No to sodas and junk foods.(hope yu understand )🙂
-check your BMI AND Calculate how much calories you need to burn for reducing your weight ..
-make a diet plan and have healthy foods
- It will take about 21 days for you to habituate..So keep calm and follow it to reach your goal
Exercise:
- Do elbow planks for 1 minute daily for 30 days you will definitely see the difference...
