I am 17 years old my weight is 47 little skiny i want to make muscles for which i am doing everything ,eating properly , fruits ,sometimes juices ,doing push ups ,but my health is not increasing ,i do ride cycle while going to college as well as cone by that ,what should i do to increase health soon naturally and i am not having any diseases also ,ya but sometimes due to studies ,for food little late it takes ,sometimes .
