Health loosing problem

Whole body get small.Like loosing something(muscle,fat) from buttock.In my forearm & arm,I saw my hand get small & skins get dark.When it happened,I feel pain in my hand,leg,muscle,bone. My chest muscles get disappeared bt stomach gets increased when I eat more.I find black shadow line over my hip.It looks,it is loosing something.
