Hi, practo user, If chicken bone swollen remains untreated might cause chocking oesophagus with sharp colic but if bone is small in size can pass to stomach without perforation of   oesophagus,, as HCL in stomach can digest the bone piece, well and be passed through stool within a couple of days.
Next Steps
Tke, plenty of water to help the  food residual to pass through, smoothly. Tke lite and easily digestible intake, on time.
Health Tips
You should consult a local health provider to interrogate the condition and movement of abdomen. Tke, care.

Immediately consult a doctor who can examine you and tell next course of action. It's better to not eat or drink anything till you get yourself checked.

Hi Practo user If the bone has been swallowed but is not causing immediate distress (e.g., no choking or severe pain), monitor for symptoms like: Difficulty swallowing Pain in the throat, chest, or abdomen Vomiting Blood in saliva or stools Seek Medical Attention: If any of the above symptoms are present or if you are unsure about the situation, seek medical attention immediately. Go to the emergency room or call a healthcare provider for advice Do Not Induce Vomiting: Do not try to induce vomiting, as this can cause further injury. Avoid Eating or Drinking: Avoid giving the person food or drink until they have been evaluated by a healthcare professional. A healthcare professional may perform an X-ray or other imaging studies to locate the bone and determine the best course of action. In some cases, an endoscopy might be required to remove the bone safely. You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance
