I m feeling afraid from past 4 years...still no guts to live...not feeling better...taking antidepressants..what to do ..will i recover..

If you had been prescribed antidepressants and you haven't followed up with your Psychiatrist, you should consult him/her at the earliest. You may need a dose adjustment or medication change/ addition. In case you're not taking the medications regularly, that can also reduce their efficacy.
