In general checkup identified Triglycerides 88mg/dl, total cholesterol 204mg/dl, LDL cholesterol 148mg/dl, HDL cholesterol 38mg/dl, total cholesterol /HDL cholesterol ratio 5.37, LDL cholesterol /HDL cholesterol ratio 3.91, fasting plasma glucose 107mg/dl, hs-CRP 5.6mg/L, vitamin B12  141pg/ml, vitamins D 22ng/ml. TMT, 2D echo, ECG and another tests are normal any problem in hs-CRP and cholesterol results any treatment required please tell me

Vit D and B12 are low. For this you have to take medicines. For other tests i need to know more about symptoms and detailed report. You can send me the reports to me on private chat.

TX – diet, exercise, no alcohol, no smoking. • Pravastatin 40mg QD. • Ezetimibe 10mg QD. • Ezetimibe/Atorvastatin 10/20 QPM. • Niacin 250mg QD. More specific for Hypertriglyceridemia: • Gemfibrozil 600mg BID. Fenofibrate 48mg or 145mg QD. Tx if patient has elevated LFTs: Ezetimibe 10mg QD. Cholestyramine start 4g QD. Dose 4-8g PO BID. Give before meals.
