I have been reading a lot about health check and various packages. I would like to know what should consist of a health check packages. Is it appropriate to take such packages without a formal consultation.

No... I personally find these packages nonsense. Routine health checkups vary from person to person. Why should Everyone get tested for HBA1C, Vit B12, Thyroid? Need to be individualized.

CBC, lipid profile, lft, KFT, vitamin d and b12 levels, Thyroid profile, urine routine and microscopy. This is basic u can do . Then can consult privately for proper management and according to symptoms If any other tests can be prescribed
